My name is Mani and I’m an engineering graduate working for an IT company. I’m not a dietitian or nutritionist, but I’m very much interested in reading and learning about health and fitness. I try to keep myself updated on this topic.
I’m 6 feet tall and weighed about 210 pounds at one point in time. During this period, I tried different ways to lose weight. I had been on gym for hours together, tried multiple workout programs, consulted many dietitians and tried different weight loss diets on the planet. Eventually I lost weight also. But not in a healthy way. I had many other side effects and was worried about my health even after losing weight.
Due to the side effects, I could not continue my diet & workouts and started gaining weight again. One good thing is that I gained a lot knowledge about health and fitness. I realized what is good and bad for myself which helped me finally to achieve my weight goals in a healthy way.
The reason I created this website was to help folks like yourself lose weight in a healthy way through the knowledge that I have gained over years.
